Notified by American Express Fraud Protection unit that they had declined a charge of $2999.00US on my green card. Charge was attempted by "Bibit Internet Payments". See reports on this board from almost three years back. AMEX seemed to know all about this scam, but as to what they are/will do about it. New card # issued. I'm lucky - hope you are too!
