American Mortgage Modification I pais $799 up front to this company for a lona modification and never received anything. Furthermore I attempted to call and no one ever answered the calls

I received a package and contacted them and then I paid $799 upfront and never received any information. I ended up reslving the issue with my bank my self. How can I be reimbursed? I attempted to call the 877 number but there was never an answer.
