Wells Fargo Financial
Ignores court order against them and still harasses and threatens for payment. Ripoff!

I have been severely harassed and threatened by this financial company that I have already gone to court over and won.

Starting in August I have had a dispute with Wells Fargo Financial over the financing of a water softener deal I was scammed on. I told Wells Fargo Financial they were not to finance me and that I was not sure of purchasing the water softener in question. Wells Fargo sued me and I counter sued the water softener company. We went to court in May. Wells Fargo Financial did not show up. I received a judgment in my favor stating No Cause of Action and Dismissal with Prejudice (claim may not be refilled)

Two months later in August of Wells Fargo Financial sent me a letter stating my account with them was severely past due and that they would place my account with a collection agency or refer my account to an attorney. I then discussed this with the attorney I had and he said not to do anything that they couldn't do anything because I had the Judgment against them.

In the following months I received letters and phone calls from two Collection agencies. I have told them I had already gone to court over this matter and faxed them a copy of the Judgment. My attorney has also sent them a letter.

One collection agency told me that all the judgment means is that they can not take me to court, but they can still try to collect. Wells Fargo Financial is severely harassing and threatening me. My attorney says it would cost a lot of money to go to court, which I would not be able to afford.

I can not understand how Wells Fargo Financial can still harass me when I have a judgment in my favor. If Wells Fargo Financial wanted to settle this matter, why did they not show up for court. I feel something is very wrong with this company. Even when I went to get copies of the financing contract, they had a form with my work and income information on it that I did not even fill out. But someone else did. The income information was double what I actually make. I told them this and said I wanted a copy of it. They wouldn't give me a copy and said I could get it in court. Needless to say I never saw that form again. They never even showed up for court.

This company is just out for your money and they will do anything to you if they do not get it. Please, stay away from Wells Fargo Financial. There are very evil people running that company. I hope someone will be able to sue them out of business some day.
