Peter Jackson and Jason A guy with a hevy Indian accent called me saying that an arrest warrent had been issued for me for failure to pay a payday loan. That I was required to go to court in California and appear with a frau

A guy with a strong Indian accent called me and said that I had a arrest warrant out for failure to pay a payday loan. They said that I would be required to appear in court in California with my fraud attorney.
They required me to fax a letter authorizing "their company to charge my card to avoid any dispute with this company as i can not come to California" I had to include my card number and contact information. I also needed to include a picture ID.
They called me back saying my card was declined and asked me how much money was in my account... At which time a red flag went up. They also told me to call my bank and authorize the charge that it would try it via a different merchant named Onyx Solutions.
I called my bank and canceled my debit card to prevent them from charging my card.
