Two unauthorized charges on visa card

In December I purchased a massage chair for my daughter as her christmas gift. The product was $49.99 plus shipping and handling which the total was approximately $72.45 which has been already paid. Sometime after this my daughter submitted a survey about the product and was contacted to be informed that she would be getting a credit for $20.00 due to the fact that the rating wasn't exceptional.in reviewing my bill for February the credit for $20.00 was rewarded on 2-01-11 and then two additional charges 1/10 $32.41 and 1/11 $59.36. Needless to say I am very disgruntled about this matter and will no longer purchase anything from amazon.com. Times are hard and I'm a senior citizen that doesn't want to be taken advantage of. These charges should be reversed into a credit immediately.
