Horrible company to deal with. We were lead to believe that we would be paying competitive merchant processing rates. Not true! Not only were we charged higher rates, but we were charged for services we didn't order. We were charged for a "Check Verification Service" that we didn't order. There were fees ranging from $5 - $15.00 per month for "Vital Calls". We didn't make any "Vital Calls" We came to find out, that we were charged for calls that employees of Wholesale Merchant Processing had to make, to figure out what they were doing. These calls were supposed to be credited and never were. We cancelled our service with Wholesale Merchant Processings" Back in November. They charged us an early termination fee of $250.00, which their Vice President said he would waive. After 3 months, they finally credited our checking account. I thought I had finally heard the last of this horrible company.

Until today 2/24. I was looking at my online checking account and there was a $250.00 amount deducted from my checking account. I called my banker to see what this charge was, and lo and behold, it was Wholesale Merchant Processing. I called them again and asked them to credit this fee and they said that if I could prove that the fee would be waived in writing, they would credit the fee.

I will be contacting my banker and disputing the fee, calling the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission. These folks either know that they are ripping of the public and don't care, or they are incredibly bad business people.

Do not do business with Wholesale Merchant Processing!
