Merchant Plus has continually charged fees for non-existing services. I canceled my Discover processing account over 18 months ago. I was charged a $50 fee on my last merchant statement for a "Discover conversion". $50 is not the end of the world. It's the concept and business ethics that insults me.

I called an agent and they were only willing to refund $25 as a courtesy, not even because of the charge itself. I even had Discover confirm that nothing has funded in over 18 months.
