Ripoff dishonest billing, charging me late fees and I am not late on a payment

Providian-Emerge whatever they call themselves are charging me late fees and I am not late on a payment. They call up and are very rude to whoever answers the phone. They don't want to hear your situation but they say they want to help. What a big rip off.
