What is this?

Amazon has been trying to charge my credit card for 14.94 since Dec. I have no idea what they think i ordered, but I have not order anything from them in a long time. I have a prepaid creditcard i use just for on-line purchases and today I saw that they tried two different time once in Dec. And Jan. To bill my card for $14.95. I need to know how to stop this, and to report them as abusing their customers credit cards.
