Over billing after cancelling

I terminated my gym membership in January. I had been charged my last cost in Feb about the 15th. About the 18th of Feb I had been charged again exactly the same quantity. After I named ASF, Worldwide they mentioned we-don't understand why you had been overbilled we observe that you've terminated and really should be returned. Properly per week later however no reimbursement, today they're informing me it'll be-at least another week perhaps longer before they actually reach the underside of it. The membership exhibits I've terminated as well as ASF suggests that they're to not remove anymore funds. Their customer support is terrible they're rude and consider cash for no cause.
