Bny mellon won't process my deceased mothers account constant run around

BNY MELLON is about as profetional as i have seen. I do my brokerage through ING. And have never had anything like this happen. My mother past away and left some stocks for me to have, i have contacted BNY several times by phone and mail to no regaurd. They run me in circles constantly asking for the same information again and again. Five times i have requested they liqudate all holdings and five time they have wrote back " its not clear on your instructions"

How many other meanings could "sell all of my holding have"? And i really hate the fact of giving out all my personal info to every swinging #$#$ on the phone. To date i have sent in three w-9s and five letters of intent. Who is reciving all of my personal data? I have a bad fealing about this and i hope i don't have problems in the future with identity theft. Now its time to pursue this with legal help, and i'm pretty sure i can file with the s.E.C..

In closing it's this persons experance that getting out of this company a.S.A.P. Is a must
