Marketing Fraud

Lately I had been contacted with a salesman of Student Relationships, Inc looking to get me to market in a file that, I had been informed, could be directed at every pupil of the College of New York Asheville (UNCA) and every pupil of Haywood County Schools (college area in New York). No body at UNCA (I talked using the Representative of Advertising, the Representative of Student Affairs, the Supervisor of the Bookstore, and also the internally lawyer) had heard about the files being released, such as the consultant whose title was handed in my experience by Scholar Relationships, Inc. UNCA advised me that files weren't provided out and wouldn't get out later on.

The same with Haywood County schools. The connections directed at me by pupil relationships possibly no further worked in the Haywood County Colleges or, I had been informed from the Superintendent, weren't approved to create advertising choices with respect to the colleges.

Equally UNCA and Haywood County Colleges approached Pupil Relationships, Inc. And advised them that they're not getting files and certainly will not let them have to individuals if obtained. I actually donot expect this to prevent Pupil Relationships, Inc. From continuning to inform nearby companies they have the authorization to create and deliver their student files.
