I requested a ring for my spouse for Valentine. The advertisement was clear, "purchase before Feb 4 and we assure shipping for Valentine". I purchased online on January 30, settled the entire amount with CC.

On February 10, I acquired an email declaring "great information, your product has delivered. Anticipate shipping in 7 to 10 times". What is great about this? Valentine is about the 14th. I instantly delivered a email via their site, to issue that. Additionally they suggest that they react to all email within 24 hours. We're today the 13th with no reaction.

I'll never purchase again from them or might I would recommend them.
