Rip off account

Have you ever had to pay to put money into your account, well you will with AccountNow. When you draw money out of your account you will pay, then you will pay a monthly service fee. Try to close it. It won't happen. They tell you you cannot, especially if you have a 1 dollar balance. This is absolutely a ripoff deal. DO NOT get into it. I am writing them a letter and putting my cut up card in the letter as they do not get it. The people on the phone tell you you cannot close this account.
