Closing account... - ACCOUNTNOW...[Online banking]

There needs to an option on the side in which to close account, I have seen fee scedule and there is a fee if you close AND ask for check to bring account down to zero balance, if my account is already at zero why cant i just click a button and enter my username and password to close all associated accounts.
