Deceiving collection practices

FIDELITY CREDITOR SVC located in Glendale, Ca., ruined my credit score by reporting a non-existing delinquency (from 2004) that didn't exist then neither now; my daughter was referrred to Dr. Linda Woodall with MCLA Medical Group and she saw her twice; the third appointment was cancelled because my daughter ended up in the hospital due to her fibrolyalgia condition; I called the office and called the appointment but they somehow billed me for an appointment that was not used. All of this happended in 2004 and now they are reporting this account as deliquent; how dare this people can just report to the credit bureaus and damaged credit reports that are so hard to maintain in good standing specially with this tough economy all around us. I have tried to explain this matter to the FIDEDLITY CREDITOR Co. To no avail; they won't listen to the consumer and also won't provide me with anything in writing about this debt, like why I was charged for a missed appointment from 2004.
