Misleading, Theives, Will not contact me back, do not use this company

So I got a payday loan through this company. The number that they gave me to contact them back is a non working number (I did not know this till after I signed everything and tried to contact them back) So I was set to pay the loan back on the 4th of Feb and all they took was the finance charge, so I received an email stating that I could reply to the email to be able to pay the loan back, so I did on the 7th of Feb. Requested that they take the full amount of the loan out of my account... Still nothing... I have called and called and called and left voice mails since you can not physically speak to anyone. I have repeatedly emailed and faxed still not response, unless you consider them taking another finance charge out of my account and not calling me back.

Do not use this company, I have a feeling that this is going to cost me way more than what it initially would. I have also contacted the National Arbitration Forum to find out what recourse I have.

I keep calling every 30 minutes and still have not received an call back. I am almost to the point that I am going to refill out an application to see if they will contact me back.
