Polocies of LIES, LIES, Lies this is what I got. If you have to make a request to repay loan Fax first, Email second and Thrid call them repeatedly util loan is paid.
You must contact them 3 days before loan is due...
Do not call only

For a $200 dollor loan I payed back $380 dollars. For a $300 dollar loan I had to pay back $480. I called a customer service rep and she LIED to me.
The customer service rep stated my request would be processed to pay $260 dollar in Full ($200 loan $60 interest).
On 12-29 Ameriloan only took the interset ($60) not the Full amount.
They charged for roll-over of payments. I went on-line to Customerservice@AmeriLoan.com on 12-29 and filled out the online request to pay In FUll the amount ($200 60 again).
On 1-13 they removed $60 (again only interest).

On 1-13 I called, emailed, Faxed and called again.
I called them to have full amount of the loan debited from my account (Also, send copies of your e-mails to your IN_BOX). The service rep (same person again), stated my request was never received -PERHAPS MY E-Mails were being blocked and they process written documents. Consumer Always make sure you have proof of requests 3days before due and not only phone conversation with liers.
ONLY Prof, Proof... Prof maybe will get your my back from your bank.
