David Stelting is a con-artist who tries to get you to pay him $2500 - $5000 up front claiming he has "sources" to finance any project - he doesn't. Once he gets your money, he becomes difficult to get a hold of, makes excuses and then he's gone. He sounds convincing at first, but after a few conversations you'll find that he is a bumbling idiot and he begins to make grandiose claims. Unfortunately, many of us only found this out after he had our money.

When I was scammed he said his business was in Olathe Kansas with offices in other cities (not true), now he is doing business in Lenexa, Kansas. I have discoveredthat the address for his business is 12715 W. 101st Lenexa, KS 66215 ph: 913-207-9440 fax: 206-338-3500 which is a residence owned by Arthur L and Marianne SFoster, who may also be helping him in his criminal enterprise, their phone number is (913) 859-0512. I believe he also livesthere. Don't believe anything this guy tells you.
