Michael DaviD FROMKIN is a well known rip-off artist running several investment scams. During the years he has been operation out of Scotsdale/Phoenix AZ, London UK, San Clemente & San Clemente / San Juan Capistrano CA.

We found his ad in the IHT International Herald Tribune (www.iht.com) where he uses his fake front Allied Capital Fund (www.alliedcapfundusa.com) in order to make contact with Entrepeneurs looking for investors. Under false names he redirect you to (himself) CVIBS (Capital Venture Investment Banking Services LLC) to make the IP (Investment Proposal) for you to enable the AlliedCapFund to go in as an investor in your project. Here Michael Fromkin (CVIBS) starts to bill you for their work with the IP.in CVIBS his Son, Zachary Zak Fromkin, is involved as well, operating out of Scotsdale AZ (The old Michael Fromkin residence, before the AZ Authorites started to chase him.

The only result you will get with Michael Fromkin and his fake companies are the bills they send you.
EVERYTHING Michael David Fromkin does is fake, and all he wants is to do is taking your money!

I am sorry to say that we did not investigate enough before entering business with this guy, but we found out when we started to see that the "results" they produced was nothing elese but pure bullshit.
