Contractor Took My Money and Did Not Complete Jo

Daniel Pike, DBA Exclusively Southern, in Monroe, Atlanta, caught with me to complete among my cellar areas on the work plus materials base. I decided to pay him 1/2 the work price in advance in addition to cash for supplies, totalling $1250.00 He worked oneday and not delivered. After telephone calls also numerous to depend with reasons including being ill, awaiting his co worker, etc., he ultimately decided to return my income. To date he's delivered just $100.00 which cost was produced in October. Further efforts by me to get hold of him have failed.
