Cheated from $150 marketing

I would had a mortgage with Lender of America to get a small over annually when I obtained a contact stating easily popped among their Benefit checking balances and settled my mortgage a few months repeatedly, they'd deposit $150 money into my bill. Obviously, I popped the Benefit consideration, settled my mortgage for a few months and waited for my income. I sent customer support five times wondering where my cash was simply to notice "the marketing was rejected, but contact us and we will clarify". No body may answer some of my concerns online or clarify why it had been rejected. There is no reason behind the decrease and that I am studying that lots of different clients have experienced exactly the same issue. I quit Wells Fargo for this kind of support. I am likely to a locally-owned lender to move my checking and savings accounts there. When they may refinance my mortgage to get a lower-rate, they may get that also.
