This company is a predatory scam. Once you send them your money it is over. They will not call you or do anything with your mortgage. Their sole job is to contact as many homeowners as possible and have them send their money. You will never hear from them again. My state's Attorney General and California's Attorney General's office is currently investigating them. I would not be suprised that their office will be raided in the near future. Can a human being be any lower piece of garbage to prey on homeowners losing their houses and needing help. A guy named James and Phillip Burbanks are two of the biggest scum in the company. And the receptionist is in on the scam too. If you call her up, each day she will say that this is her first day on the job and knows no names of anyone working there.
