Jim sarto well thats his aka grant firm defrauds nonprofit organization

How sad it is for a nonprofit organization to go to a company that is supposed to be professional, that offers a service that is to benefit communities.
This company took $1000.00 from our organization and we have clients that they took the upwards of 25,000.00 from for grant writing services

They have people in their iff that they tell to give false names to the clients
they have move 3 different time, the Boss who went by "Jim Sarto" his real Name is James Viscuglia.

No work has ever been done, he never even paid his employees he balmes hi woos on a bad divorce and yet he keeps taking peoples money promising them that they will gets grants for their organizations as we try to help the communities we live in.

If you go to the Nevada Secretary of states page and look themup they have changed thisorganization 20 time or so in the last 6 months.
The Sad thing is that most likly non of us will ever see any of the money we paid back...

This company need to be investigated by the FBI and the US Attorney General.
