Lynn Chandler of Capital Acquisitions and Managements called my home repeatedly asking either for me or asked for "Elizabeth" (someone who is not me and does not live at my residence) and said it was urgent. I tried returning her call three or four times but could never get through. Her calls continued for three weeks and continued to get ruder.

Eventually I reached her by telephone. She said her company bought a credit agency and I owe a credit card debt which now must be paid to them. I told her I did not have a credit card to the store she had listed.

She wanted me to give my social security number to verify it. I did not give her my social security number so she told me the one they had listed. It wasn't mine, but she did say she had my name listed on the account. I told her I monitor my credit report and I know what she said is incorrect. I asked her to quit calling my residence and she said she would take me out of their calling list.

Lynn Chandler was accusing and rude when I spoke with her, as were other people who called my residence and would not accept that there was not an Elizabeth who lived there. Lynn also used a swear word on the phone with me.in my opinion, this company was trying to get me to pay off an imaginary credit debt for their own profit and gain. Always be weary and never pay out money or give your social security number without first investigating!
