Phone call harassment and rip off company who employs top notch college graduates according to their website

Customer Service Representatives calls me everyday to ask for a past due monthly payment which they have already received in their f* hand. These top notch college graduates professionals customer service representatives of theirs (per their website) do not even have any business phone manners. This "top notch financial company" even continue to rip me off with late charges unsubstantiated which at many points I had paid to stop them making unnecessary phone calls at my home.

Now this company threatens to repossess my car for no payment of December which I have already made a payment on the first week of December. This top notch financial company refused to look at their record. Does anyone experience receiving phone calls everyday like me in this instance?

This company is a rip-off financial company who advertised in their website of not who they are. I recommend not to use this company at all for any financial types of service.
