John Towers disguised themselves as a government affilliate. They guaranteed a loan modification for my home. They charged me $2000 up (3 monthly installments); sat on my file and did nothing. Now my house has foreclosed. I asked for my money back, and the owner Jeff Torres said no. I found out that you are not supposed to charge for loan modifications until it is completed, then in the state of california you arent allowed to charge for loan modifications at all. They must be stopped. They have taken advantage of too many people. Me and my son are now homeless thanks to them! Total crooks!!!
