I've applied for a loan from Nedbank on 0304. I indicated on appl that the loan is urgent. The loan was prov approved the same day & by 0904 had sent all the docs required incl my ID copy which Susan insisted I get, despite teling her I have misplaced the ID, hence I sent passport (mind you I'm not a new customer to Nedbank &other banks accept passports). On 1204 I sent Susan an e-mail wanting to find if she has received the docs & to find out if there was anyway that they can send the contract to a branch for me to sign to speed up the process. I've had no response to this request. On 1404 I called the call centre & was told by Thobeka that the contract was dispatched on 1004 to courier co. I called the courier company, they didn't have it. I called the Joy Zwane, supposedly the Team to raise my concerns & frustrations to the process. She was busy & I e-mailed her. To date she's never bothered to respond. On 1904 was called by courier and decided to go there & sign. They wanted my ID doc which I had told upfront that it's misplaced. Nevertheless I went today, took two hrs to get there now they want my bank stat which i didn't have, came back with nothing. How frustrating!!
