Customer Service Representives Need New Training

After I first began with this specific organization I'd excellent customer support as time past easily was each day overdue or had an issue I'd talk to somebody which was useful. Today coping with their customer support they do not talk language they threaten to repo your vehicle plus one representative explained to pawn, use or grab to help make the cost. I'd request to talk to a boss plus they might place me back about the telephone using the same rude representative. Therefore all calls are documented by me as evidence. I'll never them again!
