Ohio area took up - front funds from un-suspected clients for a loan program he was selling on cl when the program didn't happen and the loans didn't come through as promised and guaranteed by harry rolfes he then refused to refund the up-front monies he took... Saying he spent it and if you wanted it back take him to court... Which in investigating harry rolfes he has done this in the past... He is nothing more then a low-life scam artist...
