Repeatedly send promotional offers after I asked them several times to stop

I'd a charge card account with Citi-Bank, settled them down, and terminated the consideration. Since that time they've delivered promotional presents using the inspections. I have named them many times requesting them to prevent delivering the inspections. I am tired to be overlooked. They make use of the last 4 amounts of my terminated consideration. I believed if a merchant account was terminated the figures could be terminated likewise. I fear that somebody could easily get your hands on these inspections and do injury to my credit. It's also a waste of document. I'm against waste of our natural sources.

What more may I do to create them quit? I'll not utilize citibank again.
