I have not received my car papers

I've been pressed from anchor to publish. I had been required to provide Wesbank using the shipping target for my fully-paid vehicle. I did so and after 3 months I named them to check on what happened. I had been provided a tracking number. After I named velocity providers they explained the package have been gathered with a Mr Maphosa about the 08th March.

Today it's nowhere found and Mr Maphosa doesn't desire to be responsible for it.

Our criticism is the fact that within the first-place it had been not really assume to gathered by another person. I'd expressely and impliedly required that it ought to be hand-delivered in my experience. However they chose to deliver it overthecounter despite the fact that they'd provided me their term that it'll be sent to me.

I've fully taken care of my vehicle and that I don't have any documents since somebody chose to create a clutter of the agreement which was created. And so I want to get my doc sent to me as in recently.
