Reginal Bower, operator of Red Bend Picture, hasn't compensated me for might work, pictures he employs online or my period. I've been informed atleast 7 occasions "the check is within the email" or "I've it in my own palm & may place the cost within the mail today." This guy is just a LIAR!!! He'll no further solution or return my calls. He doesn't possess a NC company liscence for Red Ribbon Picture.
