Unauthorized Charges

After purchasing flowers from Proflowers apparently I agreed to Easy Saver, I never recieved the welcome packet or my brand bnew membership card. Unfortunately for me most things are set up as auto pay so I am embarresed to report that they got $14.95 a month from me for well over a year... Finally I googeld the line in my phone number listed in my statement 800-355-1837 and found this wonderful discussion board. On calling them I was initially offered $36 refund which I refused since by my calculations they had over $250 of my money, finally I was able to get them up to a $89 refund. While this does NOT compensate completely I agreed to take back. It is now a waiting game to see when the credit takes place. Word to the wise... Never, EVER order from proflowers!!!
