I contacted skg investments looking for a mortgage. I was connected with Greg Gibson. He told me he was licensed to do mortgages in all 50 states. We filled out the forms, found a house and gave him $750.00 to fix a few credit report errors.

I filled out mortgage forms supplied all the usual stuff and received a pre-approval on legit forms. I signed a P&S on a house, let go of my rental and headed to closing. The closing attorney discovered Greg Gibson and SKG investments were not licensed in MA. Greg told me he would privately fund us until he was licensed. He said he forgot to re-new.

We were living with my sister now because the closing was postponed. The day before the new closing date Greg notified the seller of our new house that he was not funding the loan because we did not have enough money put into it. We have bank docs. Stating 100% financing. He stopped taking our calls and answering email. He changed his cell phone number.

I can't afford a MA attorney's retainer to sue this creep. The MA A.G.'s office sent am cease business order due to internet and mortgage fraud. We spent 2 months in a hotel at $1100.00/week until we found another rental.

Do Not due business with this company at all. We also dealt with Anthony Stanley from the same company with full assurance about our financing. If anyone can help, please let me know.
