Yeah I have loans with AES, and I don't have the problems you people have. For one simple reason. I understand how my loans work. I wasn't some idiot like most of you and sign a contract with out understanding how it works. It truly is basic. Most student loans if not all are SIMPLE INTEREST LOANS. They accrue interest DAILY unless they're subsidized which STAFFORD are one of the only ones. Also its just common sense if you don't pay your bill you will incur late fees and credit reporting. What debts do you people have that don't? PLEASE let me know.

Here's a couple swear words that I know most of you will be offended by. Personal responsibility. Its not the banks fault or AES's fault you were too stupid to ask questions or READ the promissory note. ITS A CONTRACT how do you idiots sign your name to something that can effect your credit??? Most of you are part of the problem with why this country is in the economic situation its in. You blame everyone else for your mistakes and don't take responsibility for it. Then you want to file lawsuits because of you ignorance lack of accountability. PATHETIC.

Then By the way geniuses once again most of you can't read. Its American Education SERVICES. They're are servicing company not a lender, the banks hire them to service loans not originate. Wow.
