Great, until they owe you a refund

I went with 1st American because they offered me great, low rates for my VERY small independent business to be able to take credit cards - $8.00 per month if I had no activity, $15 per month flat fee for up to $1000 in sales, and a very fair rate above that. Unfortunately, they didn't GIVE me those rates for the first 4 months.in fact one month I was charged double. I have asked and asked to have it corrected (which they did) AND for a refund, (which I have never received). They keep telling me it has been taken care of, but where is my money? Customer service STINKS after you've made the deal.
