First Investors Servicing Group Horrible treatment of Customers

I have an auto loan with fifsg. Because ofpersonal family issues, extreme weather conditions requiringlarger heating billsand unexpected auto repairs I fell behind in my payments.

This company has the worst collections department I have ever encountered, It is as if these people were trained mad dogs. They are very rude and obnoxious.

There is no communication if you say something that they don't like you are over talked.

The collections agent I have is L. Thompson she doesn't know me nor has she ever spoken with me yet when trying to discuss an amicable payment arrangement she kept referring to me disrespectfully by my first name and saying all types of evil things.

In order to get her attention I called her by her first name. This angered her to no end and she angrilyraised her voice and said "I am Ms. Thompson to you!" I reminded her that I was due the same respect and she continued to over talk me and communication broke down and the call was ended.

I am a customer. Everybody is going through tough times these days but no one deserves to be treated like this.

I say to anybody reading this if First Investors was the only business on earth who could finance a car for you. Walk. Save yourself the aggravation!

I am nearingthe end of my loan and I can't wait to be finished with this I will tell everyone of my experience.
