Home Retention Program

Yhe home retention program is a farce these people don't realy want to or are told not to help a customer. They tell you one thing and do something else. I have been trying to get them to reduce my house payment for over three yeaers now and have been jacked around by everyone there, I have spent over 50 hours on the phone getting put on hold transfered, dropped or just hunged up on. I am about ready to say the hell with it and pay what I can when I can. They won't change my payment due date to the 15th. Of the month I don't get my statement from them until the 14th and my payment is due on the 1st. I don't get paid by ssdi until the 3rd. Wed. Fo the month so they keep charging me late fees, well I wish them luck getting them out of me, if they can't work with me they will be getting this place to add to all the other homes they have now and can't sell.
