DOW System Does anyone have any experience with this person or company?

I rec'd his letter stating I need to send $20 to get his report which tells me his "exact secret" to make hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Sure, this sounds too good, but there ARE legitimate opportunities...

I think consumer complaints is a truly valuable resource, and I consult it before I spend any more money on "business opportunities."

I was unable to find anything on this site about this person / company, so I'm asking, "Has anyone had any experience w / this? Did you get what you paid for? Was it just a "chain letter" opportunity?

Any info will be greatly appreciated.
