I visited quick tax on 01/14 to file my fees. I had been told they were providing loans for 24 hours later. I'd used the organization before and had received financing once. I had been told to callback by tina coleman the nxt day to discover easily have been approved. I had been told that i'd not been approved which i'd have t await the two weeks to obtain my check when the government releashed the finances. Upon calling to check the status of my refund 1 week later i had been told that i had a need to generate a copy of my driver's license because she didnt have it within the system. I got my driver's license in and that i calle 24 hours later to confirm my reimbursement she then stated that it'd been accepted which my check day could be 01/28. After talking to my sister who got her check up on nowadays 01/27 in advance i chose to call and check on mine. I had been told by bob another worker that i had been rejected because my dependents social security numberis didn't match the government documents. I talked with tina coleman who explained that she sent over a copy of the ss card to obtain this fixed which i ought to show up there at 1:00pm, after i came she wasn't at work. I had been then told by bob he had fixed all the information which it will take around two weeks to allow them to review it and set a check day. Which will be 02/11. I subsequently called the primary office and requested to consult with a supervisor who called me back and stated that tina coleman stated that i did so not give her a copy of my dependents social security cards which it was nyc fault the government declined me. I subsequently mentioned properly how could she have sent over a copy of the dependent ss card if she didnt have a duplicate. Then he stated that's a great issue. He tehn said that among the districk supervisors would need to review there and check the files but then he gave me several to their cellpohne, i've made several calls for this man and that i havent gotten a solution or perhaps a call-back. What i dont understand is why do they've e rest? All-they need to do is tell the facts because everyone makes an error. Why is me really angry is the fact that they're not buying around their mistakes and they want to escape getting me my money that i want negative to pay bills which are behind. Jermaine may be the district manager tina coleman and ricky would be the tax employees. Im going to go up for the company and see what's happening because no body has called me back.
