When I asked for a copy of my payments, how much was owed... No response at all Ripoff

I had a large dental bill, and had Capital One as a financer. The interest was killing me... So I went to Coleman Law Offices. I filled out all necessary info, and started sending payments @ $135.00 a month. I keep getting bills from Capital One saying they haven't recieved payment. I call Coleman, and they gave a reason. I really can't remember what it was at this time. I called Coleman, and asked for a copy of my bill, and how much I had paid to date. I recieved absolutely 0, so I called again. I wasn't able to get thru. So today I got online, to get a idea of who I was dealing with, and I see that they have charges against them for fraud!

I'm unsure of what to do at this point, wether to claim bankruptcy... Or what? Not even sure who to pay now??? I need help BAD!!!
