I was referred to one of IFI office with the Promise of the HOMR program I was seeking help to save my home, in the begining they seem like they were going to help I paid them a total of $2234,00

I was Referred to an IFI Office, to seek help in saving my home I received a notice in the mail saying that I was accepted in the HOMR program this was in June made them a check for the amount of $2,245.00 to start the process was very hard to get answer and to get a hold of any agents they said they were going to contact my mortgage. My mortgage never was contacted then in October they offer me a differentprogram I seek a lawyers advise He advice me not to sign. Then i email them to let them know that this is not the program they offered in the beginning, what they were now offering me was a Revocable Trust Were I was to notarize a grant deed to IFI so that way I was to lease from IFI witch was not what they offered in the beginning so i requested for my money back since they did not perform what was agreed on and was i denied of my money

Please stop these thieves
