Mike Monaco Mike Monaco and the HOMR Program are a SCAM

This is a warning to all of those clients and potential clients of Investors Finance, Inc. They have taken money under the premise of securing a mortgage principal reduction for homeowners who are upside down on their home value and behind on their payments.

On the surface it looks great and there is enough early activity in the process to get you to believe they are negotiating with your lender on your behalf. But unfortunately thats where it all stops. I have tried to get information (for 6 months) specific to the progress n my files and have had absolutely no luck in getting anything but excuses and song and dance with regards to the progress.

I have talked to a friend of mine who also paid IFI a fee of $2290.00 to negotiate their 1st and 2nd loans with the same results. Nothing!!! They have not closed a loan and from what I was told by an individual that works for them they have over 1000 files in house and not one successful mortgage principal reduction.

Please stop these thieves and spread the word. Another company in Arizona, The Guardian Group, has been shut down by the State attorney General of AZ for similar fraudulent practice.

I have also spoken with Mick Monaco, the principal of the company smooth talker, professing his spirituality, assured me I was doing the right thing and he was confident my loan would be negotiated. That was 2 months ago and they still cant provide one bit of proof they are actually working with my lender and currently negotiating on my behalf.

I asked for a refund of my $1390.00 and was told NO because they did the work.

Mike Monaco is a con artist.investors Finance, Inc. Is vehicle and the HOMR program is no more than another name for Scamming Distressed Homeowners.
