Alpha & Omega Financial, Rip off, stolen, fraud, took, lied

William John Heckler, goes by John, is a thief and a liar! He owns H & R Financial Services inc. Located at 4141 inland empire blvd suite 200B Ontario Ca. He closed that company and Opened Alpha & Omega Financial at 9227 Haven blvd Ontario cal. HE did this so he could close out over 500 modification files of customers who paid him the fees and not complete the contract. Most of those clients will lose their homes because of this.

He changed names and locations so the customers will not be able to track him down. Now he is soliciting his old clients and saying he found their files and will continue to process under Alpha & Omega if they pay him an additional $1000.00.

What a scam. He is going to move again once he collects the new money. He does not care about anybody or their homes. He is secure in his home and laughs about how he took advantage of all those people. He is such a thief that he has not paid his staff in over 3 weeks.

He continues to take advantage of people. The sad thing is that he has money! So he does not care. He left his partner Richard Ruegsegger and called him a thief for embezzling money from H & R as we all know birds of a feather flock together. I am not sure Richard really took anything from them, but if he did John should of pressed charges. Now the common belief is that this was just a game John played to get his staff to move with him so he can steal everything including the furniture.

If anybody ever gets a call from Aplha & Omega or A& O financial you should make sure that it is not the H&R of old. Please beware of this guy and all of his companies. He professes to be a christian and claims that god is on his side. I hate to be him when he meets his maker. God does not like people who use his name to rip off the innocent.

His son that also works there has sent naked pictures to one of the female employees. Does anyone know how to help all those that got ripped off and to report the son for this? Please help
