Scam over paid

I was ripped off by this company i would advise no one to use this service do to lack of accountability. I received my state check on to the card they provided and they in turn took the money off with out telling me first. They charged me 700 for a service that did not include a RAl i was told that I would receive a RAL and that where the cost came in at. Needless to say I did not receive a RAL and still was charged a large fee that made no sense I don't know where to go from here but i did file complaints if anyone starts a class action law suite against this company please send it to me so i can get in on it also thank you this company has to pay for the lies that they keep telling.
