I am also a victim of the high fees and misleading information from Instant Tax. They also told me the figures after all my information was entered into their system and told me since they started they had to complete the process of filing my taxes. I was told I would get them on a certain day and did not get the money until 4 days later.

This company is misleading and I would never advise anyone to use their services. Once I finally received the check it was a four day hold simply because my bank had to verify the original loan holder. Never again will I go to such a sad business.
