Ripoff, withdrew 179.00 dollars from checking account and I have no idea why or how this is legal.in this process, they caused a check to bounce and - balance

These fraudulent individuals scammed me. I called immediately after being approved and I was then informed at that time that the card was only for shopping online. I verbalized disinterest and they said upon receiving card I had 30 days to cancel. I haven't received the card and they withdrew $179 from my checking account which caused a bounced check and a negative balance. I want my money back and I want them to pay the bounced check fee. This is crap and I want action fast. I have never bounced a check in my life. These people need to be put out of business.
