Fraudulently took $15.00 out of my bank account! Claims that "authorization on file." I have never even heard of this Company! Fraudulently took $15.00 out of my bank account! Claims that "authorization on file." I have never even heard of this Company!

I was looking at my online bank records and notice that there was a $15.00 check with the check number 0268, thats not even in my check sequence. I opened it and noticed the name of the company that this check was supposedly written to and I don't know who it is. It claims to be written on the 14thand has no signature, in its place are the words "authorization on file." Then I am looking at my information and the address they are claiming to be mine is incorrect.
