An unauthorized cost of $14.95 was chrged to my AT&T telephone bill. AT&T had me contact USA COMM. LINK, LLC to deal with this and also to phone AT&T back having a proof #. United comm. LINK, LLC unfortunate that I registered due to their voicemail support, that we DIDN'T, I've never heard about them, or have I actually utilized or plan to make use of a voicemail. United comm. LINK, LLC explained they'd matter a credit of $14.95 duty and they might stop my bill with them, (used to do not need a merchant account with them). How did this occur and just why did AT&T permit this to occur and never repair it themselves?
